Cathy knocked me speechless the first time I met her. I looked at the dark green line on the Clarify Shift chart in a group session, and it was like looking at my shadow self in a mirror. (Then I looked up at the light green line and felt much better about that reflection!)

As I was processing what I was seeing, Cathy glided over with her bright smile and looked at me with such empathy that I could have cried right there. That moment was a major crossroads in my life, and the two paths that diverged that day were not left and right—they were above and below the line.

For the past six years, our monthly Powerful Partner Coaching has been a highlight of our marriage. The things that come out of my mouth when we’re with Cathy often surprise me! And after my shock fades, I look up to see her beaming at me like the ray of light she is.

The tools and wisdom Cathy has shared with Rich and me are woven into our daily lives—our date nights, our personal routines, conversations with our young men, and even around our home (we have a Santa in our room year-round). They are reflected in our energy, the care and love we have for one another, and the way we show up for our family.

We are deeply grateful for the gifts Cathy has given us and for the profound impact she has had on our lives.
