CLARITY WHENEVER YOU CHOOSE Here you are at a choice point again, wondering which decision is the best one at this time. What do you do? Will the choice you make create energy in your system? Powerful creative energy flows freely when your mind, your heart and your actions are aligned. When your intention and vision are aligned with your passionate energy, it flows to the mind and makes the heart mind connection. It feels like the rush or surge of energy when you have an “Aha” experience of being suddenly clear, and it is closely related to the physiology of lights-on. In the Clarity International coaching methodology the key piece of information is for you to discover and focus on what energizes you. You can’t get true clarity through your head alone. You can’t think your way to clarity. “You must follow your heart” has often been said in colloquialisms and now there is strong scientific data that supports that wisdom, thanks to the work of the Institute of HeartMath. This heart/mind connection makes sense scientifically because the magnetic field of the heart is about a thousand times stronger than that of the brain. According to data from the Institute of HeartMath, it has enough power that an electrocardiogram can measure that magnetic field in every cell of your body, from head to toe. For example, when you feel upset, there is such a body wide sense of disharmony that the effects can show up on an electrocardiogram. Likewise, when you are calm and peaceful, the waves on the electrocardiogram are smoother and more coherent. Interesting magnetometer data from the Institute of Heart Math shows the heart signal does not stop at the skin, but radiates into the space around you, and the field of the heart can actually be measured four to five feet away. In every moment you are presented with choice points (either above or below the line). They are a universal constant. You are in charge of your choices. The challenge is to remain aware of what your options are and to always choose passion over pattern. To be sure that you are above the line and taking the High Road, ask yourself: Am I in service to my dreams? If you think that you are choosing from under the line and taking the Low Road, ask yourself: Am I in servitude to my patterns? Choice Point – divergent channels appear which create an opportunity to explore different possibilities. Every decision you make is a choice point. Your choices create your reality. Transition Zone -. The zone of transformation is where the choices that you make transform (change) the results of your actions. In order for change to occur, the form - of objects and people - has to come undone and be formed again, hence the terms transformation and transition are used interchangeably for navigating the Creating journey map.
