Shelley Lynn is a Senior Coach with Clarity International and the founder of The Vision Space – a performance coaching company that evokes people’s natural creativity, guiding them to them to live their most optimum life and expressive self. Blending tools from yoga, performing arts and coaching, Shelley works with people to find clarity and take meaningful action steps in their personal and professional lives. Currently based in Las Vegas Nevada, Shelley began her twenty-year career helping people shape their dreams as a professional theatre practitioner and director working and studying between Boston and London. Throughout the last two decades along with teaching numerous theatre practices, Shelley became deeply interested in yoga, Vedic principles and the power of human transformation. In 2007 Shelley became a certified yoga teacher and has been teaching weekly yoga classes and chakra based workshops ever since. Shelley creates a fun and safe learning environment and is able to solicit group and individual visions with keen discernment. Shelley has extensive experience across various disciplines including higher education, project and event management. Her love of personal expression and creativity was supported throughout her BA in Performing Arts and a Masters in Performance Studies at Queen Mary University of London. Over the years she has taught master’s classes at colleges and Universities around the country and coached many theatre and dance companies. For over a decade she has collaborated with organizations to develop their vision for departmental transformation and growth. Shelley uses her background in fun and advantageous ways to light the spark in people. Her main objective is to provide creative consultation – in simple practical terms - for the holistic health of individuals, small business and organizations. Jill Jeppesen is Senior Coach with Clarity International®. Located in Salt Lake City, UT. she is committed to guiding clients to fully living juicy, authentic life experiences. For the last ten years, Jill has been working with people on their transformational journeys by aligning herself with companies that vision a world of peace, and who understand that peace on a global level begins with peace on a personal level. Jill’s experience with these organizations as a coach, facilitator of personal growth seminars and ropes courses, conflict resolutionist, mediator and creator of training content gives her all of the practical tools she needs to partner with Clarity International as a coach and facilitator. More important than her formal qualifications, however, is Jill’s deep desire and commitment to answer her calling, her God-given purpose, and to support others in awakening to, uncovering and manifesting theirs. Jill began her journey of transformation and self realization in 1995. In September of that year, she found herself in a personal growth training that woke her up to the truth that there is more… much more to life and living than what she had previously known. This was her first taste of higher consciousness, and she was hooked. As a result of that first juicy experience of “awareness”, she committed herself to living authentically. This commitment to authentic, juicy living has, quite literally, taken Jill far and wide. Since 1995, aside from pursuing her professional career life, she has also become a professional traveler and seeker of truth. Her curious, vagabond spirit has navigated her through a Latin American solo journey of thirteen months, up the slopes of Kilimanjaro and Mt. Rainier, around the world on a ship and through ashrams of India. Her international and national travels have put her in touch with great teachers and teachings from all different cultures and belief systems, all of which have supported Jill on following her true path. Jill’s enthusiasm about the process of Clarity coaching lies in the thrill of seeing people light up from the inside out and awaken to their own lights. Her intense curiosity, gift of deep listening and ability to be a clear mirror make her an effective and compassionate guide to assist others in navigating their own unique Lights-On path. Over the past 15 years, Laura has helped many people identify what they want in their life and how to effectively implement those visions. She works with both individuals and organizations to promote optimal individual, business and community growth and longevity through the physical and energetic alignment of body/mind/spirit, spaces and systems. Laura creates programs and services that integrate sustainability, creativity and personal transformation. Laura consistently provides powerful, insightful facilitation and coaching. She is adept at creating a safe, nurturing and challenging space for clients to explore and stretch into more of themselves. As a coach, Laura is both rigorous and compassionate, committed to the vision of each and every one of her clients. Her clients experience greater clarity, freedom and courage as they move forward and manifest the results they have chosen in their lives and organizations and create permanent lasting change. Laura has been studying and working with Clarity International since 2002. While personal growth and transformation have always been at the core of everything she does, Laura’s experience draws from diverse fields including: coaching, personal growth & human development, art & creativity, sustainability studies, career counseling, community college and university teaching, corporate training, human resources, sales & marketing, spiritual exploration and outdoor experiential education. Laura earned her Professional Coach Certification from the Academy for Coach Training (accredited by the International Coach Federation) in Bellevue, Washington in 2001 and her Master’s in Fine Art from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in 1994. Based in Houston, Darla connects with individuals nationwide by phone or in person; through group classes at her studio or other locations; and at special events across the country. In 2002, after completing the first half of her working life, Darla became a certified coach of the Lights On Learning Method© through Clarity International®, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. An inspirational entrepreneur at heart, Darla worked in several industries as an employee and entrepreneur, gaining a wealth of life experiences before realizing her calling as a life coach. She has previous coaching experience with Bodymasters, Inc., where she provided nutrition and exercise support to clients seeking optimum wellness. A native Houstonian and lifelong learner, she is an involved and loving grandmother of two young children and a special needs caregiver to an adult brother. Darla is a longtime community volunteer and philanthropist, supporting organizations as diverse as CanCare, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and other charities.
